We’re moving for Movember!

The members of the team here at LONEALERT are not exactly known for physical prowess.

BUT, we’ve been bitten by the fitness bug as we throw our weight behind the Movember campaign.

As well as letting our facial hair run wild, we’re supporting the challenge to move every day throughout the month - and we need your support to raise as much money as we can for this worthy cause. Every day throughout November members of the team have made conscious effort to move around. Car journeys have been replaced by brisk walks , evenings in front of the fire have been sacrificed for runs in the cold - and someone's even moved the photocopier to install an exercise bike in the conference room.

All donations for our physical efforts will go to the Movember Foundation, which is doing vital work in tackling some of the biggest health issues faced by men, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer and poor mental health.

Now we’re in our stride, we’re asking YOU to come up with some suggestions of how we can keep moving throughout Movember. Do you want us to play office ping pong? Spend an hour doing star jumps? Or even take up salsa dancing? What we do is down to you!
