Leon explained how "LONEALERT is cost effective and very straight forward to use," and because of its simplicity all of his staff can "use it with ease, after only 5 minutes of training.
"Also since using LONEALERT there is no one sat at a computer inputting information. So we didn’t have to hire another staff member to do that." Leon went on to explain how LONEALERT has helped "considerably reduce the costs to our clients by as much as 50% when compared to the old system we used.

There was also an incident on a site that Pro K9 Ltd was supplying security to. An expensive generator went missing from the site and it was believed to have been stolen. Pro K9 Ltd were under suspicion of taking this generator. However, as all of Pro K9 Ltd’s staff working on that site were equipped with the LONEALERT Smartphone app Pro K9 Ltd could prove to the site owners and the insurance company beyond doubt that they were not responsible.
