If you are not ready to move, don’t worry, you can still access the legacy/old system for the foreseeable future by clicking on the link below.
The new LONEALERT O.W.L is more intuitive and easier than ever before. It’s also smartphone optimised so is easily used on mobile devices.
Customers who have signed up recently will have been set up on the O.W.L and there is no backwards compatibility, but for customers used to using the old portal, you can have a look at the O.W.L with your existing login credentials. You will need to update your password using the Forgot/Reset password link on the O.W.L portal, but your data will still be available on the old portal.
