LONEALERT has taken on new staff as part of its ongoing drive to provide the best lone worker protection and support for customers from every industry.
From national construction firms to charities, environmental specialists, councils, water companies, ports, transport organisations, breweries and everything in between - companies from a vast and varied range of industries continue to turn to us to help keep their lone workers safe in the line of duty.
LONEALERT has now expanded its team to ensure the very best service is offered to this ever-growing customer base and help us maintain our position as the leading and most forward-thinking voice in the industry.
Sam Neville has joined the team in the role of Business Administrator and Sales Marketing. The 18-year-old is responsible for organising customer orders, keeping customers informed of latest developments and reaching new customers who would benefit from LONEALERT’s unique range of devices and solutions.
Rajvir Thiara, aged 19, has joined the Customer Support team and is armed with detailed knowledge of the vast range of devices and responses available to customers to help support them every step of the way in implementing their lone worker solutions.
Ryan Grice has been taken on as a Software Developer. The 21-year-old’s role includes developing new software for LONEALERT’s parent company Advance IT to maintain the company’s position at the forefront of an ever-evolving market, whilst keeping the new-look website fully maintained and user-friendly.
Alex Bodin, aged 19, has joined the team in Social Media & Digital Marketing, helping to reach out to customers with the latest news and developments from LONEALERT through all social media sites and digital platforms.
