LONEALERT at the Health and Safety Expo 2019

The lone worker industry is always evolving with new technologies and advancements coming to market. We attended the Health and Safety Event 2019, where we gave attendees the opportunity to be the first to see the next generation of our lone working system in action (the O.W.L), be hands on with our range of lone working devices, learn how to effectively action a response alert from a lone worker and to share their thoughts on lone working.

We asked questions to a range of attendees and LONEALERT's Commercial Director Clive Wheawall delivered a speech on the business efficiencies of lone working.

Explaining how the system and the devices work together at all times emphasises to the lone worker that they aren’t ever really alone - and that help is available at the press of a button should the worst ever happen. Statistics show that having this peace of mind increases their confidence within their role and their employer, ultimately leading to an increase in productivity. Highlighting the risks they face - as well as how to safely negotiate any potentially volatile situations - will give them greater peace of mind that the company is investing heavily in protecting their safety.
